If for any reason you are unhappy with the service, send us an email or give us a call within 24 hours of the service being rendered. We will then return within 72 hours to rectify any missed areas. If you’re still unhappy after the clean is completed we will refund your money or apply a credit to your account.

Is it safe if we give you a key?

Absolutely! We assign a code to your your key and when you book a regular service we endeavour to send the same team every time. That team is responsible for handling and storing keys in a safe and secure location. We are responsible for lost keys and replacement of locks should it be necessary.

Are there any cancellation fees?

It takes us time to find the right home cleaning professional for you. This is why we ask for 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made the day of your appointment will incur a $50 charge.
